Our History
NUDEF was established to promote the unity, cultural heritage, and socio-economic development of the Nzema people of Ghana. Rooted in the rich traditions of the Nzema ethnic group, the Federation was founded as a response to challenges such as underdevelopment, fragmentation of the community, and the erosion of cultural identity due to modernization. NUDEF emerged as a collective effort of community leaders, stakeholders, and diaspora members committed to preserving their heritage while addressing contemporary issues.
Our Mission
The mission of the NUDEF is to:
